Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you may withdraw from your first paid purchase of a ViduciaStudio plan, and from each top-up pack, within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.
- Plans. At checkout you asked us to start straight away. If you withdraw, you pay for what you used and we refund the rest: the amount you paid, minus the share of that period’s videos or edit tokens you used, whichever share is larger. The period includes your plan’s weekly videos and tokens for every week in it. Example: the period includes 40 videos and you used 10 of them (25%), and you used 10% of its tokens: you get back 75% of what you paid. Your plan then ends.
- A free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund: cancel it before it ends.
- Top-up packs are refunded in full within 14 days if none of their videos were used.
- A renewal of a plan you already had is not a new purchase and has no new withdrawal period.
How to withdraw
Use the Withdraw from purchase page, or send us a clear statement by email to [email protected], for example with the form below. We confirm receipt by email straight away, with what you sent and when. For your security, we ask the account’s mailbox to confirm the withdrawal; the refund then starts at once. We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the card you paid with.
Other refunds
Outside the 14-day right we do not refund part periods, unused videos or unused tokens. A task that fails gives back the videos and tokens it used automatically. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
